In order to ensure that each athlete gets individual coaching, and attention to detail, this clinic will be limited to just 6 athletes. Applicants will be notified as to whether they have been selected for the upcoming clinic on Saturday, February 21st (one week prior to the clinic itself).

Only necessary if athlete is under 18 years of age

  • If athlete is under 18, parents email is required

  • If athlete is 18 or older, athletes email is required

  • If athlete is under 18, parents phone number is required

  • If athlete is over 18, athletes phone number is required
