  • What Is The Difference Between 1 On 1 Full Service Coaching, And The Online Programs?
    1 on 1 full service coaching is our highest tier of training. When you sign up for this plan, you will meet with a coach and work together to form a completely custom program that is tailored to your needs, goals, injury history, training history, and more. You will have access to an app to receive, log and track all of your training. This plan includes weekly check ins with your coach to make any adjustments to your training as necessary. Our online programs are budget friendly, one time purchase training plans. Upon purchase, you will be able to download the program in an easy to follow eBook format. This programs utilize the same training principles and philosophies that all of our clients at Apex Human Performance use, but it does not include any access to a coach, or customization. The goal for us is to provide great training options to athletes of all budget sizes!
  • Do I Need To Have Access To A Gym/Equipment?
    For our 1 on 1 full service coaching we can accommodate to your needs! Whether you have access to a full gym, or want to train solely at home, we will write a high quality training plan that fits your situation. For the Apex Vertical Academy 12 Week Vertical Jump Program, you will need access to a gym. However, the Apex Vertical Academy - Bodyweight Edition can be done without any access to equipment, as it is a bodyweight only vertical jump program.
  • Can I Train While In The Middle Of My Sports Season?
    Yes! One of the biggest mistakes that far too many athletes make is halting their strength and conditioning programs while in season. When you sign up for full service 1 on 1 coaching, we will talk to you about your needs, goals, injury history, current schedule, and more to form the ultimate plan to unleash your peak performance. For both of the Apex Vertical Academy Vertical Jump Programs however, they are off season programs, as the training volume is far too high to complete in the middle of your season.
  • I Don't Live In The USA, Is That An Issue?
    That is not a problem at all! We happily accept clients from all over the globe.
  • I Only Have The Time To Do A Couple Of Workouts Per Week. Is That An Issue?
    Not at all! The beauty of our 1 on 1 full service coaching is that we will cater to all of your needs, taking everything into account. When it comes to any of the one time purchase training programs, you should do all of the scheduled workouts each week in order to maximize results.
  • I Am An Older Athlete, Past My "Prime". Can I Still See Results?
    Absolutely! High quality training doesn't discriminate. What matters most is whether or not you're willing to put in the work.
  • How Do I Sign Up For 1 On 1 Full Service Coaching?
    To sign up for 1 on 1 full service coaching, you will need to head over to the "1 on 1 coaching" page on our website. There, you will see more details about our coaching service, price plans, and two buttons to apply for the coaching service. If you are an athlete applying for yourself, you will press the button that says, "I Am An Athlete". If you are a parent wanting to sign your child up for coaching, you will press the button that says, "I Am A Parent". These buttons will take you to the corresponding application. Once the application is filled out and submitted, you can expect a coach to reach out to you, to schedule a free consultation!
  • How Do I Receive The Online Program After I Have Purchased It?
    Upon purchasing the program, you will receive an email receipt that includes a link to download the program directly to your device. The link is valid for 30 days, but once you download the program, you will have access to it on that device for life!
