About The Training
The Apex Vertical Academy free week of training is an example of what the strength phase will look like in the 12 week program. This week of training is specifically designed for athletes to use during their offseason, when they have the time, energy, and capacity to handle high training volumes outside of their sport. This week of training requires access to a weight room and is built for athletes with at least 1 to 2 years of weightlifting experience. You should already be technically proficient in basic weightlifting movements and understand proper technique.
